Cassidy recently joined Century Dental in the role of Concierge and has over 26 years of retail management experience, where she developed a strong passion for customer service and creating positive experiences for people. She enjoys working in dentistry because it allows her to collaborate with a supportive team while helping patients feel welcomed and cared for. Cassidy also enjoys learning new skills and techniques that help her grow within the practice.

Cassidy completed college coursework while pursuing a degree in special education before beginning her career in management. Outside of the office, she loves paddle boarding and spending time on the water, reading mystery and suspense novels, exploring new places, and working on jigsaw puzzles. She’s also the proud owner of a very cute corgi named Finnley, who often joins her as her road-trip partner in crime.
